How do I add Needlist to Slack?
Create a Needlist team (free for up to 8 seats), then open Settings → Integrations → Slack and click Add to Slack. After you authorize the app, choose the channel where recognitions post. You can start from the Needlist for Slack page.
How do I give recognition from Slack?
Use the /give slash command in any channel, for example /give @teammate 50 #teamwork great work on the launch. The recognition posts to your chosen channel automatically.
How do I change which channel recognitions post to?
An admin can change the recognition channel, and the optional daily digest, anytime in Settings → Integrations → Slack.
How do I remove Needlist from Slack?
Remove Needlist from your workspace anytime in Slack under Settings & administration → Manage apps, or by disconnecting in Settings → Integrations → Slack. Uninstalling stops all posting and revokes our access token. To delete the data tied to your account or workspace, email privacy@needlisttosay.com.
